Safe, shallow water makes it especially suited to families with children, but everyone will find something to do along this coast, with plenty of water sports, seafront bars, and cafes The shops and tavernas of Protaras are only a short walk away.

Konnos Bay (10 min drive)
Konnos Bay lies about 2 km north of Cape Greko. The steep slope down to the sea is lined with pine, acacias, and cypress trees. Clear, safe water makes this an ideal beach for children, as well as for water sports enthusiasts.

Nissi Beach is the most famous tourist beach in Cyprus, named for the small island just offshore. Nissi Beach is well sheltered from winds, which makes it another ideal spot for all sorts of water sports. There are also plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants around the beach area.
