This brand new villa is located in the heart of Pernera on the Athena beach development which joins the beach in a beachfront security complex some 2 minutes walk from the beach. Restaurants, supermarkets and bars are only a few minutes away and in this case no car is needed at all.

It offers three bedrooms, two furnished with double beds and one providing two twin beds. A bath and shower is available on the first floor, with a WC and shower downstairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all utilities, such as a washer, tumble dryer and dishwasher. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
