It is built in an elevated position on a very large plot, some five minutes drive from the beach, and offers uninterrupted and spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the Famagusta coastline. It provides for a superb rural and secluded feel but it is also perfectly positioned nearby quality supermarkets (such as "CARREFOUR") as well as bars and restaurants, with easy access to the beach. A car is however a necessity. Open fields are all around where birds and other wildlife can clearly be seen and heard. It provides for an ultimate relaxed atmosphere. A rooster's crow in the morning will probably be the loudest thing you will hear during your stay.
